This dryland system will train your body to hold form when effort rises, instead of falling apart under pressure.
The Speed Roadmap is your shortcut to train smarter, move better, and swim faster without wasting years doing it the wrong way.
Because honestly, I already did the heavy lifting for you.
Back in 2003, I was just like you.
A swimmer with a dream of swimming faster and discovering the secret to effortless speed.
And like all swimmers, I thought that the secret was hidden in hard work.

My routine looked similar to this:
I would wake up around 5:30AM, skip breakfast to start hitting my macros for the day, and swim endless laps for an hour.
Then, 3 times a week I would hit the gym to do my dryland sessions that always left me wrecked.
I literally couldn’t take it anymore, I was working myself to the bone..
And on top of that I just felt like I was just “forcing success” and pushing as hard as I could.
But still, something just felt off.
My stroke wasn’t efficient, my body was always tight, and improvement came slower than it should have.
While I was seeing other swimmers who didn’t seem to care so much breaking barriers I couldn’t touch.
They were gliding through the water, lean, smooth, and fast.
I remember laying in bed one night after training, watching my bedroom’s ceiling, thinking:
That question haunted me.
So I started studying every single successful swimmer:
Olympians, coaches, movement specialists.
I learned everything I could about how the body actually creates speed.
And for the first time in years, I felt like I was getting somewhere.
The secret to speed wasn’t hidden in training six times a week, or grinding until you can barely lift your arms, or being in the pool so much to make you grow fish scales.
But it was in understanding that when I was training, I wasn’t building speed, I was just building muscle.
And muscle alone doesn’t equal speed.
In fact… sometimes it slows you down.
Have you ever seen a super big bodybuilder swimming fast?
Exactly.
So I started training with a system, and what happened was WILD.
For the first time in 10 years, I didn’t feel like I was working against my own body.

I’d finish a set and still have energy left in the tank, but not because I wasn’t swimming to my full potential, but because I was finally moving the way my body was meant to move.
So I started to notice common training patterns in my training and in other elite swimmer’s training…
I started to put pieces together, and see a way out of my struggles and allow progress to happen.
Now, hundreds of swimmers and I enjoy effortless and simple results by following my strength formula, which took me years of struggle to build.
And today is your chance to get instant access to all of that experience…
So you can focus only on what actually builds real speed:
The training that actually builds usable strength that translates to in-pool speed and efficiency.
Now, with every training plan, you still need to show up.
And I won’t pretend there’s no work involved, because there is.
But you’ll have every advantage I can possibly give you to help you train the smartest of your ability so you can build speed faster than 99% of swimmers.
This is why I can confidently say:
After using this formula to help hundreds of swimmers to win championships and help them win open-water marathons and earn scholarships.
I’ve finally created a:
"System That Anyone Can Follow” to train the muscle groups that actually move the needle when it comes to in-pool speed.
Today, you can join th Speed Roadmap with a one-time payment of just $75…

Resilience Amid Rough Waters, 3 km Open Water at Singapore Masters Championships
In what may have been her toughest swim yet, Tayunaz Merchant from India tackled the 3 km at the World Masters Aquatics Championships in Singapore under extremely challenging conditions. The race nearly didn’t happen—canceled twice due to poor water quality and only confirmed to go ahead on the morning of the event.
Despite the adversity, she finished 20th in her age group, placing 19th in her specific category—a solid result given the circumstances.
